One Breath at a Time


Details about the program: 

Thursday, May 9th at 6:30pm-8:00pm
Class One-Includes an in-depth discussion on the havoc that prolonged stress cause within the human body and the introduction to a specialized yoga sequence that immediately reduces the production of stress hormones. 

Tuesday, May 14th at 6:30pm-8pm 
Class Two-Combines meditation, breath-work and yoga to increase body awareness,  create a sense of calm and personal empowerment. 

Tuesday, May 21st at 6:30pm-8pm 
Class Three-Teaches self-regulation through body scanning, meditation, breath-work and yoga. 

Thursday, May 30th at 6:30pm to 8:30pm. 
Class Four-This class celebrates each participant for taking responsibility for his/her health and wellness. It includes an anti-stress Spa yoga class  with candlelight and a foot massage. Participants  will also be lead through a mindful eating exercise with nourishing antioxidant food.
